Exemplary Attendance. Full-time employees not using sick days, personal business days, funeral leave, or days without pay from November 1 through October 31 of the next year are eligible for a bonus as follows:

Exemplary Attendance. A. Any member of the bargaining unit having an exemplary attendance record during his/her annual contract year (based on non-use of sick leave, docked pay days, personal days, and compensatory days) will be provided a merit incentive for attendance award based on the following:
Exemplary Attendance. Employees achieving exemplary attendance during the term 1 of this Agreement shall be compensated @ $500 for 10 month and $550 for 12 month employees. Exemplary attendance is earned by those employees who are absent no more than two (2) days in any school year due to illness and/or personal business, but with the exception of professional, bereavement, jury service and approved vacation absences.
Exemplary Attendance. All employees with Exemplary Attendance shall be eligible for an annual bonus. For purposes of calculating Exemplary Attendance, Bereavement and Professional Days will be exempted from consideration. If an employee uses any other designated leave day, that leave day will be considered an absence. If an employee uses any other designated leave day, that leave day will be considered an absence. Attendance bonus: Partial days count for reaching a level of attendance. For example, any part of a day missed would count as one (1) day missed. 0 days missed: $400 1 day missed: $300 2 days missed: $200 3 days missed: $100 More than 3 days missed: no bonus.
Exemplary Attendance a. For the 2024-2025 school year, the attendance bonuses set forth in Article VII, Section J shall apply to bus drivers.

  • Time and Attendance Proper monitoring and certification of employee work time is necessary for a Telework program to be successful. Supervisors must review and ensure that you are paid only for hours worked, and that appropriate leave is used for absences during scheduled work hours. Supervisors must take those steps necessary to ensure that Teleworkers are working when scheduled, such as regular reviews of work, regular update calls with employees and other methods of tracking performance. Supervisors will be responsible for the pre-approval of overtime and work schedule changes.

  • Attendance Use best efforts to attend scheduled meetings of Company’s Board of Directors;

  • Meeting Attendance The Contractor shall attend such meetings of the Town relative to the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A as may be requested by the Town. Any requirement made by the named representatives of the Town shall be given with reasonable notice to the Contractor so that a representative may attend.

  • Consequential Damages Neither party to this Agreement shall be liable to the other party for special, indirect or consequential damages under any provision of this Agreement or for any special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of any act or failure to act hereunder.
