Rights of Teachers to Representation. 1. No reprisals of any kind will be taken by the Superintendent or by any member or representative of the administration or the Board against any aggrieved party, any party in interest, any grievance Representative, the Association President or designee or any other participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation. 2. A teacher may represent himself/herself at all stages of the grievance procedure, or by a grievance representative from the Association, approved by the individual who is aggrieved. The Association shall be notified and have the right to be present and to state its views at all stages of the grievance procedure.
