RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS. 4.1. If a data subject addresses a request to Controller regarding data processing performed by Processor under the scope of this DPA, Controller shall redirect such request to Processor within a reasonable timeframe which must not exceed seven (7) business days. Processor shall use its best commercially reasonable efforts to comply with such request within a reasonable timeframe.
