RIGHTS OF THE UNION. Section 4.1 The Union shall have the right to represent all employees in the bargaining unit; to present its views to the Employer on matters of concern either verbally or in writing; and to enter collective negotiations with the object of reaching an agreement applicable to all employees within the bargaining unit. Section 4.2 Upon request, the Employer shall provide the duly authorized representative of the Union any reasonable information regarding each employee in the bargaining unit and all appropriate costs in obtaining such information shall be paid for by the Union.
