Rights to Leave for Union Business. Three (3) days of paid leave shall be granted to two (2) members of the bargaining unit for the purpose of attending the OAPSE annual delegate conference. Such leave will be granted upon written application from the President of the Local made not less than twenty (20) calendar days in advance to the Superintendent.
