Rights to Materials. All records, files, memorandum, reports, drawings, documents, and the like (together with all copies thereof) relating to the business of the Company, which you will use or prepare or come into contact within the course of, or as a result of, your employment shall, as between the parties hereto, remain the sole property of the Company. Upon your termination/separation from the Company you shall return all such materials to the Company and agree that you shall not thereafter cause removal of such materials from the premises of the Company.
Rights to Materials. [Not Applicable to Agreements issued either in whole in part for Information Technology, as defined in CRS § 24-37.5-102(2); in which case Addendum 1 §2 applies in lieu of this section.] Unless specifically stated otherwise in this Agreement, all materials, including without limitation supplies, equipment, documents, content, information, or other material of any type, whether tangible or intangible (collectively “Materials”), furnished by the State to Grantee or delivered by Grantee to the State in performance of its obligations under this Agreement shall be the exclusive property the State. Grantee shall return or deliver all Materials to the State upon completion or termination of this Agreement.
Rights to Materials. The Employee further promises and agrees that, upon termination of his employment for whatever reason and at whatever time, he will not take with him, without the prior written consent of an officer authorized to act in the matter by the Board of Directors of the Company, any records, files, memoranda, reports, customer lists, drawings, plans, sketches, documents, specifications, and the like (or any copies thereof) relating to the business of the Company or any of its current or future Affiliated Companies.

All records, files, memoranda, computer programs, reports, price lists, customer lists, drawings, plans, sketches, projections, business plans, financial information, Company documents and the like (together with all copies thereof) relating to the business of the Company, which Employee shall use or prepare or come in contact with in the course of, or as a result of, his employment shall, as between the parties hereto, remain the sole property of the Company. Upon the termination of his employment or upon the prior demand of the Company, he shall immediately return all such materials and shall not thereafter cause removal thereof from the premises of the Company.

All records, files, memoranda, reports, price lists, customer lists, plans, drawing, sketches, documents and the like (together with all copies thereof) relating to the business of either Company or any of their subsidiaries that Consultant shall use or prepare or come into contact with in the course or, or as a result of, the performance of this Agreement shall remain the sole property of the Company to whose business such information relates. Upon termination of this Agreement or upon the prior demand of either Company, Consultant shall immediately return all such materials to the Company to which such materials belong.

All records, files, memoranda, reports, price lists, student lists, lists of student out placement sources, drawings, plans, sketches, documents and the like (together with all copies thereof) relating to the business of the Company, which Employee shall use or prepare or come in contact with in the course of, or as a result of, his employment shall, as between the parties hereto, remain the sole property of the Company. Upon the termination of his employment or upon the prior demand of the Company, he shall immediately return all such materials and shall not thereafter cause removal thereof from the premises of the Company.
Rights to Materials. Xxxxx also agrees that, upon termination of his employment for whatever reason, he will not take with him, without the prior written consent of an officer authorized to act in the matter by the Board of Directors, any records, files, memoranda, reports, price lists, customer lists, drawings, plans, sketches, documents, specifications, and the like (or any copies thereof) relating to the business of Texfi.
Rights to Materials. The written reports and other written materials furnished by Consultant to POCI in connection with the performance of consulting services hereunder shall remain the exclusive property of POCI. Therefore, Consultant agrees to promptly return, following the termination of this Agreement or upon earlier request by POCI, any written materials in Consultant’s possession supplied by POCI in conjunction with Consultant’s services under this Agreement or generated by Consultant in performance of consulting services under this Agreement.

Upon the termination of his employment or upon the prior demand of the Company, he shall immediately return all such materials and shall not thereafter cause removal thereof from the premises of the Company; provided that, for the -------- ---- avoidance of doubt, upon termination of his employment, Officer shall be entitled to retain or to have furnished to him, at Company expense the following documents: originals of Officer's appointment and desk calendars, copies of travel and entertainment reports and requests for reimbursement and associated supporting documentation; and further provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, ------- -------- the Company shall be entitled, at its sole cost and expense, to make copies of the foregoing original records which officer is entitled to retain, provided that if Officer's employment is terminated, a request to copy any original records to which Officer is entitled must be communicated by Notice to Officer no later than sixty (60) days following the termination of his employment.
Rights to Materials. QMS hereby grants to IBM a license to use preexisting training information ("QMS Information") provided to IBM. Such license to the QMS Information and derivative works is provided solely for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations hereunder and IBM shall not use it for any other purpose. This applies to currently marketed products only, as shown in Exhibit A, "Eligible Products List". IBM may develop and produce training materials and documentation to be used by IBM in which IBM retains all rights, title, and interest.
