Riparian Habitat Enhancement a. Provide DPNA funding to support initiatives within the DPNA service area that would either (1) protect or enhance fish and wildlife habitat directly, or (2) educate landowners or school children about the importance of healthy riparian areas to fish and wildlife habitat and about the related best management practices in riparian areas. All initiatives must support protection or enhancement of fish or wildlife habitat on lands that drain to any of the DPNA hydro reservoirs or the river sections between DNPA hydro reservoirs and reservoirs belonging to the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA).
