ROLE OF SUPERVISORS. 22.l As members of Kinectrics’ managerial staff, supervisory employees have a role to play in the resolution of disputes in their work units before they reach the grievance/arbitration procedure. In the event that a dispute reaches the grievance/arbitration procedure, The Society agrees not to discriminate against supervisors who represent Management in Society grievances.
