AGREEMENT PERIOD The terms of this Agreement and the performance of the parties hereto shall commence, or be deemed to have commenced, the 1st day of January 2020 and will continue through the 31st day of December 2020, both dates inclusive, unless sooner terminated or extended as provided for herein.
Duration Period This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2002 and shall continue in effect until June 30, 2005, subject to the Association's right to negotiate over a successor Agreement as provided in Article II. This Agreement shall not be extended orally, and it is expressly understood that it shall expire on the date indicated, unless it is extended in writing.
Work During Vacation Period No employee shall be required to work during the employee's vacation once the vacation request has been approved.
Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts or which provides for staggered lunch periods within a craft or trade. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.
Elimination Period Benefits commence after the employee has been totally and continuously disabled for fifty-two (52) weeks or has exhausted his weekly indemnity benefits whichever occurs last.
Payment Period Whenever a payment under this Agreement specifies a payment period with reference to a number of days (e.g., “payment shall be made within forty (40) days following the date of termination), the actual date of payment within the specified period shall be within the sole discretion of the Company.
Break Period All employees working in full time (7 or 7.5 hour) positions shall be permitted a fifteen (15) minute rest period both in the first half and the second half of a shift.
No-‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-‐Activation Period ends.
