Roll-Out Period. 27.1 The USP shall provide wire-line broadband connectivity of at least 512 kbps to at-least 3 Government Institutes and 2 Individual users per DSLAM by the end of the second year of the Agreement and progressively reach up to 6 Government institutes and 25 individual users by the end of the fifth year of the Agreement. In the event of non-existence of demand from requisite number of Government institutions, the shortfall in roll out target for government institutions shall be met by providing wire-line broadband connections to institutes other than Government institutes or to individual users.

Roll-Out Period. Education and Outreach. Starting , 2022 and ending on 60 days later (the “Roll-Out Period”), Company shall provide an education program designed to minimize instances of Contamination and Overage. During the Roll-Out Period, where Company documents that a particular customer has Contamination or Overage, Company shall collect the offending container (where it can be done safely and excluding material laying on ground) and provide an electronic notice to the customer (if such contact information is provided by customer) with the following information (a “Violation Notice”):
Roll-Out Period. During the period beginning on the Commencement Date and ending on 120 days later (the “Roll-Out Period”), Contractor shall provide a communication program designed to minimize instances of Contamination. Contractor’s communication program will be provided to City prior to the Commencement Date. During the Roll-Out Period, where Contractor documents that a particular Customer has Contamination, Contractor shall collect the offending Container (where it can be done safely and excluding material laying on ground) and provide a notice electronic/mail to the Customer (if such contact information is provided by Customer) with the following information (a “Warning Notice”): • Date of the offense; • Description of the offense; • A photograph or video (or link to photograph or video); • A description of the materials that are appropriate for collection in said Container and web site with educational materials; and • A website to obtain additional information and/or receive responses to questions the Customer may have. During the Roll-Out Period, Contractor shall not impose a Contamination Fee.

  • AGREEMENT PERIOD The terms of this Agreement and the performance of the parties hereto shall commence, or be deemed to have commenced, the 1st day of January 2020 and will continue through the 31st day of December 2020, both dates inclusive, unless sooner terminated or extended as provided for herein.

  • Duration Period This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2002 and shall continue in effect until June 30, 2005, subject to the Association's right to negotiate over a successor Agreement as provided in Article II. This Agreement shall not be extended orally, and it is expressly understood that it shall expire on the date indicated, unless it is extended in writing.

  • Work During Vacation Period No employee shall be required to work during the employee's vacation once the vacation request has been approved.

  • Meal Period ‌ A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts or which provides for staggered lunch periods within a craft or trade. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.

  • Elimination Period Benefits commence after the employee has been totally and continuously disabled for fifty-two (52) weeks or has exhausted his weekly indemnity benefits whichever occurs last.

  • Payment Period Whenever a payment under this Agreement specifies a payment period with reference to a number of days (e.g., “payment shall be made within forty (40) days following the date of termination), the actual date of payment within the specified period shall be within the sole discretion of the Company.

  • Break Period All employees working in full time (7 or 7.5 hour) positions shall be permitted a fifteen (15) minute rest period both in the first half and the second half of a shift.

  • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.
