ROUTE AND DESIGN STUDIES. 1. DATA COLLECTION The Engineer shall collect, review and evaluate data described below. The Engineer shall notify the State in writing whenever the Engineer finds disagreement with the information or documents: a. Data, from the State described in Attachment B. b. Documents for existing and proposed development along proposed route from local municipalities and local ordinances related to project development. c. Utility plans and documents from appropriate municipalities and agencies. d. Readily available flood plain information and studies from the FEMA, the United State (U. S.) Army Corps of Engineers, local municipalities and other governmental agencies in addition to that provided by the State.
