ROUTE OPENINGS. Appointed drivers/attendants, according to seniority, shall be given first consideration when new or open routes become available in the same geographic area. Employees who relocate or move out of the geographic area will be allowed to move, in a timely manner, to an open route in another area until the open route is bid. Their current route must be covered by another driver/attendant before the move can take effect.
