The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. Fill, Backfill and Landscaping No soil found on Site, or transported to the Site from remote locations, which contains debris or waste or Hazardous Materials shall be used for fill, backfill or landscaping topsoil.

CURVE WIDENING The minimum widening placed on the inside of curves is: 6 feet for curves of 50 to 79 feet radius. 4 feet for curves of 80 to 100 feet radius.
Geometric visibility The visibility of the illuminating surface, including its visibility in areas which do not appear to be illuminated in the direction of observation considered, shall be ensured within a divergent space defined by generating lines based on the perimeter of the illuminating surface and forming an angle of not less than 5° with the axis of reference of the headlamp. Maintenance – Line Splitting 3.6.1 BellSouth will be responsible for repairing voice troubles and the troubles with the physical loop between the NID at the End User’s premises and the termination point.
