  • REPORT ON CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE PAYMENT A. CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY REPORT. Each calendar quarter, Supplier must provide a contract sales activity report (Report) to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. Reports are due no later than 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter. A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Supplier must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Participating Entity Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Participating Entity Physical Street Address; • Participating Entity City; • Participating Entity State/Province; • Participating Entity Zip/Postal Code; • Participating Entity Contact Name; • Participating Entity Contact Email Address; • Participating Entity Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Supplier.

  • Reimbursable Expenses; Maximum Total Payment; Invoicing District will make no payment until this Contract is fully executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.

  • ROYALTIES AND FEES FOR TECHNICAL SERVICES 1. Royalties and fees for technical services arising in a Contracting State and paid to a resident of the other Contracting State may be taxed in that other State.

  • PATENTS AND ROYALTIES Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall be solely responsible for obtaining the right to use any patented or copyrighted materials in the performance of the contract resulting from this Invitation for Bids. The Contractor, without exception, shall indemnify and save harmless the County and its employees from liability of any nature or kind, including cost and expenses for or on account of any copyrighted, patented, or unpatented invention, process, or article manufactured or supplied by the Contractor. In the event of any claim against the County of copyright or patent infringement, the County shall promptly provide written notification to the Contractor. If such a claim is made, the Contractor shall use its best efforts to promptly purchase for the County any infringing products or services or procure a license, at no cost to the County, which will allow continued use of the service or product. If none of the alternatives are reasonably available, the County agrees to return the article on request to the Contractor and receive reimbursement, if any, as may be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Royalties 1. Royalties arising in a Contracting State and paid to a resident of the other Contracting State may be taxed in that other State.

  • Ineligible Costs ‘Ineligible costs’ are:

  • Unallowable Costs Defined All costs (as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, 48 C.F.R. § 31.205-47; and in Titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1395-1395lll and 1396-1396w-5; and the regulations and official program directives promulgated thereunder) incurred by or on behalf of Defendants, their present or former officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents in connection with:

  • Ineligible Expenses 🗷 Cable television deposits or services. 🗷 Mortgage assistance and utility assistance for homeowners. 🗷 Security and janitorial (salaries and benefits associated with providing security, janitorial services). 🗷 Essential facility equipment and supplies (e.g. common-use toiletries, food served in shelters, bedding, mats, cots, towels, microwave, etc.) 🗷 Expendable transportation costs directly related to the transportation of eligible households (bus tokens and fuel for a shelter van). 🗷 On-site and off-site management costs related to the building. 🗷 Facility-specific insurance and accounting. 🗷 Replacement or operating reserves. 🗷 Debt service. 🗷 Construction or rehabilitation of facilities. 🗷 Mortgage payment for a facility.

  • Indirect Costs If indirect costs are charged, the Subrecipient will develop an indirect cost allocation plan for determining the appropriate Grantee share of administrative costs and shall submit such plan to the Grantee for approval.

  • BUSINESS PROFITS 1. The profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State shall be taxable only in that State unless the enterprise carries on business in the other Contracting State through a permanent establishment situated therein. If the enterprise carries on business as aforesaid, the profits of the enterprise may be taxed in the other State but only so much of them as is attributable to that permanent establishment.
