Business and Professional Expenses. The Board shall reimburse the Elementary School Principal for appropriate business and professional expenses approved in advance by the Superintendent.

Business and Professional Expenses. The Board shall pay for or reimburse the Superintendent for appropriate business and professional expenses approved by the Board. Appropriate expenses shall include the cost of membership and participation in State and National professional associations of educational administrators, and expenses related to the Superintendent’s attendance at conferences and activities.
Business and Professional Expenses. A. District recognizes that Manager may incur expenses of a non-personal, job- related nature that are reasonably necessary to Manager’s service to District. District agrees to either pay such expenses in advance or to reimburse the expenses, so long as the expenses are incurred and submitted according to District’s normal expense reimbursement procedures or such other procedure as may be designated by the Board of Directors. To be eligible for reimbursement, all expenses must be supported by documentation meeting District’s normal requirements and must be submitted within time limits established by District. B. District agrees to pay Manager’s travel and subsistence expenses for official travel, meetings, and occasions for Manager’s reasonable participation in necessary official and other functions for the District; including, but not limited to, regional, state, and local conferences, and governmental groups and committees on which Manager serves as a member. It is understood that travel to/from his residence and the District is not business related or reimbursable. Notwithstanding the above, the number and allowable cost of conferences or meetings District will pay for each year, shall be at the discretion of the Board of Directors as set forth in the District’s budget.

Business and Professional Expenses. During Executive’s employment under this Agreement, the Company shall reimburse Executive for ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred by executive in performing Executive’s duties as an executive officer of the Company, including, without limitation, travel and lodging while away from home on business directly related to the Company, dues and expenses incurred by Executive for professional membership and participation, and similar items. Expenses must be included as part of the Company’s budget and must be approved by the treasurer or other executive officer of the Company. The cost of these activities shall be reimbursed to Executive upon proper presentation and substantiation to the Company of the expense.

Business and Professional Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for (i) personal expenditures incurred by the Executive in connection with the conduct of the Company's business including, without limitation, a prospectively paid automobile allowance, and (ii) reasonable expenditures incurred by the Executive in connection with maintaining his professional standing including, without limitation, bar association dues and fees and continuing legal education expenses, in every case upon presentation of sufficient evidence of such expenditures as may be required by the Company's policies as in place from time to time.
Business and Professional Expenses. The Board shall pay or reimburse the Superintendent for appropriate business and professional expenses incurred on behalf of the School Corporation. Appropriate expenses shall include the cost of institutional membership and participation in state and national professional associations of educational administrators, and expenses related to the Superintendent’s attendance at conferences and activities consistent with the Superintendent’s professional development. The Superintendent agrees that he shall report to the Board on each activity, and share the information provided with the Board and its certificated and non-certificated staff if he feels the information is worthy of a report. The Superintendent shall submit a report to the Board summarizing these expenses during the month of July for the school year that ended on the preceding June 30.
