Rubbish Disposal. All accommodation shall have:
2.6.1 sufficient bins provided for a normal household's use, depending on the size of the home, in a clearly defined and easily cleaned bin storage area or adequate refuse storage and disposal facilities.
Rubbish Disposal. All excess rubbish must be removed by the hirer if it will not fit in the lockable bin. The key for this bin is on the same ring in the key safe. Bin bags must not be left outside. You are encouraged to take any recycling away.

Trash shall not be allowed to accumulate but shall be disposed of in a reasonable time by the Lessee. Lessor shall provide standard type of residential or commercial trash container for the Lessee’s use to be serviced by the Lessor at regular intervals, for normal charges.
