Returning to Work (a) Returning to work early

Participating TO Retail Metering The Participating TO may install retail revenue quality meters and associated equipment, pursuant to the Participating TO’s applicable retail tariffs.
Other Provisions Relating to the Grievance Procedure 1. No reprisal of any kind shall be taken by or against any participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation.
Suspension of Rules Relating to Recalcitrant Accounts The United States shall not require a Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution to withhold tax under section 1471 or 1472 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code with respect to an account held by a recalcitrant account holder (as defined in section 1471(d)(6) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code), or to close such account, if the U.S. Competent Authority receives the information set forth in paragraph 2 of Article 2 of this Agreement, subject to the provisions of Article 3 of this Agreement, with respect to such account.
Failure to Meet Time Limits If a grievance is not processed by the grievant in accordance with the time limits set forth in this Article, it shall be considered settled on the basis of the decision last made by the District. If the District fails to respond to the grievance in a timely manner at any level, the running of the time limit shall be deemed a denial of the grievance and termination of the level involved, and the grievant may proceed to the next step.

GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.
