Rules for Grievance Processing. A. The aggrieved employee must bring forth the grievance as soon as he/she knows or should have known about the act or condition on which the grievance is based. B. Receipt of a written grievance shall be acknowledged in writing, including by e-mail, including the date it was received. C.
