Rules of Procedure and Code of Conduct. The panel proceedings provided for in this Chapter shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of a Panel and the Code of Conduct for Members of a Panel, adopted by the Joint Committee pursuant to subparagraph [X] of paragraph [Y] of Article [Z] (Joint Committee) of Chapter [XX].
