SAAS SERVICES AND RESTRICTIONS. AvePoint shall make the SaaS Services available to the Customer for the term of the Subscription License that was purchased by Customer for the Hosted Licensed Property. AvePoint will use the most recent Product Release (as defined in Section 1.4 of the Support Addendum) of the Hosted Licensed Property to provide the SaaS Services. In addition to the License restrictions set out in Section 2 of the Agreement and in Section 1 of the Subscription License Addendum, the permission for the Customer to use the SaaS services is subject to the following conditions:

AvePoint will use the most recent Product Release (as defined in Section 1.4 of the Support Addendum) of the Hosted Licensed Property to provide the SaaS Services. 2.2 In addition to the License restrictions set out in Section 2 of the Agreement and in Section 1 of the Subscription License Addendum, the permission for the Customer to use the SaaS services is subject to the following conditions: (a) The Customer must not permit any unauthorized person to access or use the SaaS Services and shall use reasonable endeavors, including reasonable security measures relating to Account access details, to ensure that no グファイル等）（「生成データ」）を意味する。 1.4 「ダウンタイム」とは、ホスト許諾財産が外部接続と遮断された時間、すなわちサポートされたプロトコル上の双方向ネットワークトラフィックが確保できない時間、の合計累積時間を意味する。 1.5 「ホスト許諾財産」とは、クラウドストレージ・プロバイダーのストレージ上にホストされた、 AvePoint から SaaS サービスの提供を受ける許諾財産を意味する。 1.6 「SaaS」サービスとは、AvePoint が、顧客にインターネット経由でホスト許諾財産にアクセスする手段を提供するために、SaaS サービスの形でホスト許諾財産を提供することをいい、本件契約および同変更契約に定められた一定のサポートサービスを含む。 1.7 「サービスクレジット」は、本件顧客が個々の SaaS サービスの対価として実際に支払った料金の合計額に対して月単位で発生する割合（本件顧客が AvePoint に支払義務を負う当該 SaaS サービスの年間料金の 1/12）を意味する。本件顧客が SaaS サービスをパッケージ商品の一部または単一の商品として購入した場合、当該 SaaS サービスの月額料金およびサービスクレジットは按分によって決定される。 第 2 条 SAAS サービスおよび制限事項 2.1 AvePoint は、本件顧客が購入したホスト許諾財産のサブスクリプションライセンスの有効期間中、SaaS サービスを本件顧客に提供する。AvePoint は、SaaS サービスの提供に当たり、ホスト許諾財産の最新のプロダクトリリース（サポート追録第 1 条 4 に定義）を使用する。 2.2 本件顧客は、SaaS サービスを使用するに当たり、本件契約第 2 条およびサブスクリプションライセンス追録第 1 条に記載されたライセンス制限事項に従うほか、以下の各条件を遵守する義務を負う。 (a) 本件顧客は、権限を持たない者に SaaS サービスへのアクセスまたは SaaS サービスの利用を unauthorized person may gain access to the SaaS Services using an Account; (b) The Customer must not use the SaaS Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the SaaS Services or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the SaaS Services. (c) The Customer must not use the SaaS Services in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful; or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. 3.
