Safe Operations and Maintenance. Each Party shall operate, maintain, repair, and inspect, and shall be fully responsible for, the facility or facilities that it now or hereafter may own unless otherwise specified in this Agreement. Each Party shall be responsible for the maintenance, repair and condition of its respective lines and appurtenances on their respective side of the PCC. The Company and the Interconnecting Customer shall each provide equipment on its respective side of the PCC that adequately protects the Company’s EPS, personnel, and other persons from damage and injury.
