Safety and Health Equipment Sample Clauses

Safety and Health Equipment. Should the employment duties of an employee in the bargaining unit, as determined by applicable law, regulation, or the district, require use of any equipment or gear to insure the safety or health of the employee or others, the district agrees to furnish such equipment or gear.

Company will pay of the of providing coveralls for mechanical electrical personnel in the maintenancedepartment and to all employees while they are involved in machine clean-up at the corrugator and printing departments.
