Common use of Safety Equipment Clause in Contracts

Safety Equipment. The District agrees to furnish to members safety equipment or gear, or to reimburse the employees for the cost of procuring such, when in a regular course of employment such equipment or gear is reasonably required to ensure the safety of the member or others.

Safety Equipment.
