Common use of Safety Policy Clause in Contracts

Safety Policy. It is the intention of the Company to provide Employees with a work place and conditions of employment that are free or protected against occupational safety and health hazards. The Company agrees to permit one bargaining unit member selected by the Union to participate in any Company scheduled safety meetings. Any Company-required safety equipment will be furnished by the Company at no cost to the Employees.
