The Employer agrees to furnish and to maintain in safe condition all tools, facilities, vehicles, equipment, and supplies reasonably deemed necessary to safely carry out the duties of each agency position, but reserves the right to determine what those tools, facilities, vehicles, equipment, and supplies shall be.
