Salaries Allowances. Salary scales for employees shall be as set forth in Schedule " A, attached hereto, and forming part of this agreement. Each part-time employee will be advanced according to merit from her present level to the next incremental level set out in Schedule "A" of this agreement after working fifteen hundred (I500) hours since her last "Service Review Date". This clause shall not mean that an employee will be granted more than one (1) salary increment within a twelve (12) month period. April Co March llective Agreement Employees who change their status shall receive credit for their experience as follows: A full-time employee whose status is altered to part-time will receive credit of her full experience with the Hospital. The employee will assume her same level on the salary grid and all regular hours worked since the date of her last advancement on the grid shall be credited towards her next service review increment in accordance with the part-time provisions outlined in Article

  • Cash Allowances (a) The Guaranteed Price includes cash allowances as set out in the Specifications which shall be expended as Owner directs through the Consultant by a Cash Allowance Disbursement Authorization.

  • SALARIES wages and other similar remuneration, other than a pension, paid by a Contracting State or a political subdivision or a local authority thereof to an individual in respect of services rendered to that State or subdivision or authority shall be taxable only in that State.

  • SALARIES AND WAGES Contractor and any subcontractors must pay all salaries and wages due all employees performing Services under this Contract unconditionally and at least once a month without deduction or rebate on any account, except only for those payroll deductions that are mandatory by law or are permitted under applicable law and regulations. If in the performance of this Contract Contractor underpays any such salaries or wages, the Comptroller for the City may withhold, out of payments due to Contractor, an amount sufficient to pay to employees underpaid the difference between the salaries or wages required to be paid under this Agreement and the salaries or wages actually paid these employees for the total number of hours worked. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph is solely for the benefit of the City and that it does not grant any third party beneficiary rights.

  • Shift Allowances (a) An Employee whilst on afternoon or night shift must be paid for such shift 15% more than the Employee’s ordinary rate.

  • Other Allowances The District shall pay to each teacher appointed by the District to the following positions, the Allowance respectively set forth opposite each such position, namely: Effective September 1, 2008

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.

  • Administration Allowances In addition to the foregoing salary, there shall be paid additional allowances in accordance with the following schedule:

  • Basic Salaries The basic salaries of employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to, and incorporated in this Agreement. These salaries shall remain in effect from July 1 through June 30.
