Meal Allowances. Meal allowances for time spent away on employer business will be in accordance with Haisla Nation Council Policy.
Meal Allowances. A driver shall receive $5.00 for meal allowance on any field trip of more than six (6) hours but less than nine (9) hours. For a trip nine (9) hours or longer the driver shall receive an additional $4.00 for meal allowance. Years of Experience: Years of experience shall be based on years of regular work in the regular education driver or special education employee divisions. For employees hired prior to November 21, 2002, experience level movement on the wage scale shall occur on each employee’s seniority date unless delayed pursuant to Article 6., Section 9., A. or B. For employees hired on or after November 21, 2002, experience level movement on the wage scale shall occur on the January 1 or July 1 following each 12 month period of work unless delayed pursuant to Article 6., Section 9., A. or B.
