Salary Increment. Temporary and Casual Employees shall be entitled to salary increase as provided in the salary schedule upon the completion of the same number of regular hours of work as a Full-time Employee.
Salary Increment. The Employer, on the recommendation of the Head of the Department, may grant an increment for meritorious service to a Seasonal Employee after the Seasonal Employee has served for the lessor of two (2) seasons or twelve (12) months following the first day of the month established in Article 38.05 or the lesser of two (2) seasons or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in their rate of compensation established in Article 38.02, 38.03, or 38.04.
Salary Increment. (1) Staff are eligible for a performance-based salary review on the focal date of October each year. The quantum and rate of salary increase will be paid effective 1st October of each year and be based on individual staff’s performance. The total wage increase comprises two components: through an increase to base salary or to MVP or to both components. Poor performers, whose performance and behaviour are below job requirements, will not be eligible for any salary increase in the year declared.
(2) The Hospital and the Union will negotiate the total wage increases for the year to be paid annually on 1st October each year.
(3) New staff who have completed 12 months of service as at 1st October shall receive the salary increase in full. The salary increase shall be pro-rated based on the completed months of service for new staff with less than 12 months of service as at 1st October.
(4) Staff who join in the month of September are not eligible for the salary increase for that year.
(5) For computation of salary increase, an incomplete month of service of 15 and more calendar days shall be considered as 1 full month.
Salary Increment. Salaries of all employees will be on the basic scale as negotiated with salary increases beginning with the July paycheck. A person must be employed as of January 1st of any new year to receive advancement on the salary scale. The Board will inform the Association of all unscheduled and arbitrary salary changes.
Salary Increment. On a year to year basis following the Anniversary Date, the Employee shall be advanced to the next level on the increment scale within the Employee’s classification as listed in Appendix “A”.

Salary Increment. 6 Increment advancement within established pay ranges shall be based on meritorious 7 service at each rate for the period specified in the schedules adopted and established by the 8 County Board. Such increments shall not be unreasonably withheld. If denied, the reason 9 for such denial shall be given to the employee and the Union in writing. 10
Salary Increment. The schedule is not to be interpreted as entitling a teacher to any definite salary until same has been specifically fixed each year by the School District. No teacher’s salary increment shall be withheld without just cause.
