Common use of Salary and Health & Dental Insurance Clause in Contracts

Salary and Health & Dental Insurance. The Board will pay the Educator during the Sabbatical 20 Period the approximate amount of $(amount), which equals fifty (50%) percent of the Educator’s per 21 diem pay for the number of Educator days in the Sabbatical Period for a full-time Sabbatical Leave or 22 seventy-five (75%) of the Educator’s per diem pay in the event of a half-time leave. Further, the Board 23 will retain the Educator on its employment rolls for the purpose of health & dental insurance 24 coverage.
