Salary and Term of Employment. The Board hereby employs the Assistant Principal for a one-year period commencing on July 1, 2022, and terminating on June 30, 2023, at an annual salary of One Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Six Dollars and No Cents ($184,896.00) for the 2022-2023 Contract Year. The Assistant Principal’s salary shall be payable in equal installments in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other administrative staff members in the District. The term “Contract Year” shall refer to the period of July 1 through June 30. The Assistant Principal hereby accepts employment upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Salary and Term of Employment. The Board hereby employs the Athletic Director for a single-year period commencing on July 1, 2024, and terminating on June 30, 2025, at an annual salary of Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Eight-Eight Dollars and No Cents ($213,488.00) for the 2024-2025 Contract Year. The Athletic Director’s salary shall be payable in equal installments in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other administrative staff members in the District. The term “Contract Year” shall refer to the period under this Contract commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30. The Athletic Director hereby accepts employment upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Salary and Term of Employment. The Board hereby employs the Executive Director for a multi-year period of three years, commencing on July 1, 2024, and terminating on June 30, 2027. As used in this Contract, the term “Contract Year” is defined as the period commencing on July 1 of a given calendar year and continuing through June 30 of the following calendar year. The annual salary for the 2024-2025 Contract Year shall be One Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars ($151,468.00). The Executive Director’s annual salary for the remaining Contract Years under this Contract shall be determined solely by the Board after the completion of the Executive Director’s annual performance evaluation by the Superintendent or designee provided the annual salary shall be no less than the prior Contract Year’s annual salary. The Parties acknowledge that the action of setting the Executive Director’s annual salary shall be in implementation of this provision of this Contract and shall not constitute or require an amendment to this Contract. The Executive Director’s salary shall be payable in equal installments in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other administrative staff members in the School District. The Executive Director xxxxxx accepts employment upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Salary and Term of Employment. The Board hereby employs the Administrator for one (1) year, commencing on July 1, 2011, and terminating on June 30, 2012, at an annual salary of Ninety Four Thousand Five Hundred Five Dollars and four cents ($94,505.04) for the 2011-‐2012 contract year. This salary is payable in 26 equal installments per year in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other administrative staff members in the District. The Administrator hereby accepts employment upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.

The Director’s salary shall be payable in equal installments in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other administrative staff members in the school district. The term “Contract Year” shall refer to the period from July 1 to June 30. The Director xxxxxx accepts employment upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.

Said salary shall not be set at an amount that is less than the salary paid to the Assistant Principal for the 2022-2023 Contract Year. The Parties acknowledge that the action of setting the Assistant Principal’s annual salary shall be in implementation of this provision of the Contract and shall not constitute or require an amendment to this Contract. The Assistant Principal’s salary shall be payable in equal installments in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other administrative staff members in the District. The Assistant Principal’s salary shall be payable in equal installments in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other administrative staff members in the District. The term “Contract Year” shall refer to the period of July 1 through June 30. The Assistant Principal hereby accepts employment upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. Notwithstanding the foregoing, total compensation constituting creditable earnings for purposes of the Teachers’ Retirement System of Illinois (“TRS”) payable to the Assistant Principal under this Contract in any Contract Year shall not exceed the creditable earnings paid to the Assistant Principal in the prior Contract Year by more than 6%. Should the terms of this Contract result in a payable amount in excess of a 6% increase in the Assistant Principal’s TRS creditable earnings in any Contract Year, the Board reserves the right to adjust the annual salary set forth in this Section or other creditable earnings to the extent necessary to eliminate such excess payment unless such payment is otherwise agreed to by the Parties.
Salary and Term of Employment. The Athletic Director’s salary shall be payable in equal installments in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other administrative staff members in the District. The term “Contract Year” shall refer to the period under this Contract commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30. The Athletic Director hereby accepts employment upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Salary and Term of Employment. The Board employs the Superintendent for a multi-year period of five (5) years, commencing on July 1, 2024, and terminating on June 30, 2029. For the 2024-2025 contract year, the Superintendent will be paid a base salary of $275,834. The base salary for subsequent contract years under this Contract will increase by up to 3% over the annual base salary of the immediately preceding contract year, based on merit, as determined in the sole discretion of the Board. In no case shall the base salary for any Contract year be less than the base salary in the immediately preceding Contract year. “Contract years” under this Contract are from July 1 through the following June 30. The Superintendent’s salary will be payable in equal installments in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other administrative staff members in the District. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Contract is a performance-based multi-year contract as provided for and defined in Section 10-23.8 of the Illinois School Code. The Superintendent accepts employment upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
Salary and Term of Employment. The Board hereby employs the Administrator for a multi-year period of three (3) years, commencing on July 1, 2018, and terminating on and through June 30, 2021, to serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer of District No. 86. For the 2018-2019 contract year, the Board shall pay to the Administrator for his full-time services a base salary of One Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Seven and 29/100ths Dollars ($167,347.29), payable in equal installments in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other administrative staff members in the District. As used in this contract, the term “contract year” is defined as the period commencing on July 1 of a given calendar year and continuing until June 30 of the following calendar year. The Board retains the right to adjust the annual compensation, salary, and/or fringe benefits of the Administrator during the term of this contract, provided that any compensation, salary, and/or fringe benefits adjustment(s) shall not be lower than the annual compensation, salary, and fringe benefits paid to the Administrator in the preceding contract year. The Administrator hereby accepts employment upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
