SALARY BALANCE - UPON RESIGNATION. Any balance in the amount due an employee shall be paid to that employee on the regular pay distribution date immediately following the date of his /her employment termination, provided such termination is prior to the cut-off date for payroll preparation. In the event notice of termination comes after the cut-off date for payroll preparation, the employee shall be paid the next succeeding payroll period.
SALARY BALANCE - UPON RESIGNATION. Any balance in the Board's contractual salary, due to a teacher not returning to the District, shall be paid on the last day of the school term unless otherwise provided by the written consent of the teacher.
