Salary Computations Section 1 - Pay Periods. 20.1.1 Employees Teaching assistants working a 185-day schedule shall receive their salaries in twenty (20) equal installments. Employees who work the 185-day schedule shall have the option of twenty-four (24) equal installments provided they give written notice to the Office of Human Resources and Legal Services before the first workday in the fall. Teaching Assistants working a 205-day schedule shall receive their salaries in twenty-four (24) equal installments.

  • Salary Deductions Salaried employees (E-level classifications) who are permanently assigned to full-time job classifications are paid on a bi-weekly salary basis. Salaried employees are paid a bi-weekly salary based on a minimum of two (2) forty (40) hour workweeks. The bi-weekly salary received by salaried employees will not be reduced regardless of the number of hours the salaried employee actually works in any week in which the salaried employee performs any work except for the following deductions:

  • Salary Payments For payroll purposes, the work week shall be defined as Monday through Sunday. In any school year, the dollar amounts on the first and last paychecks of the year may vary.

Professor $51,325 Instructor $43,835 Senior Librarian $77,510 Assoc. Sr. Librarian $66,270 Assoc. Librarian $60,730 Asst. Librarian $51,325 Beg. Librarian $43,835 Faculty Members earning a base salary below the effective minima shall move to the new minima and receive any across-the-board and compression increase under Article 10 on his or her minima. Faculty Members who will receive regional campus increases under Article 10 of this Agreement shall receive those increases before any adjustment to meet the minimum salary required by this Article.
