Salary Dispersment. 19-4-1 Certified employee in year-round schools will be paid in twelve (12) monthly installments beginning in the first month in which they work fifteen (15) contact days, July or August depending on the track. A teacher scheduled on a year-round calendar for a full contract will be paid the same salary paid on a conventional calendar.
