Common use of Salary Employees Clause in Contracts

Salary Employees. (a) The all inclusive annualised salary compensates Salary Employees to work any public holiday excepting a Designated Public Holiday. (b) Should a Salary Employee work on a Designated Public Holiday being, Christmas Day or New Years Day or Good Friday, the Full Time Employee shall be granted a substituted paid day off. (c) A Salary Employee shall receive their normal weekly salary when a public holiday is not worked. (d) Should a public holiday fall on a day off then no additional monies shall be received.
