Salary if Employee Dies. If an employee dies, the salary due to him or her on the last working day preceding his or her death, shall continue to accrue to the end of the month in which he or she dies. Salary so accrued which has not been paid to the employee as at the date of his or her death shall be paid to his or her estate.
