Salary Minima (Floors). As a means of assuring appropriate entry-level pay at each regular full-time academic rank for highly skilled and extensively trained professionals such as University Faculty, the University's past practice of establishing salary minima on a University-wide basis for each regular academic rank shall be preserved. The minimum annual contract salaries for Faculty members at each of the professional academic ranks for the term of this Agreement shall be as follows: 9 mo. contract 12
