Salary Overpayment Recovery. A. When an agency has determined that a nurse has been overpaid wages, the agency will provide written notice to the nurse that will include the following items: 1. The amount of the overpayment, 2. The basis for the claim, and 3. The rights of the nurse under the terms of this Agreement.
