SALARY PAYABLE. The minimum annual and equivalent fortnightly salaries payable to Teachers will be as set out in the following tables of Schedule A- Teachers’ Salaries and Allowances: Table 1A- NSW- Teachers (Except Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn)- Salaries (Incremental) Table 1B- NSW Teachers (Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn only)- Salaries (Incremental) Table 1C- ACT Teachers- Salaries (Incremental) Table 1D- NSW Teachers- Salaries (Standards) Table 1E- ACT Teachers- Salaries (Standards) The classification of the Teacher will be determined in accordance with Clause 14 - Teachers- Incremental Scale, Clause 15 - Teachers- Standards Classification and Clause 16 - Teachers- Transitional Arrangements of this Agreement. The fortnightly rates in the Tables have been calculated by multiplying the annual salary by 14 and dividing by 365, with the answer rounded to two decimal places.

SALARY PAYABLE. Sabbatical leaves for one (1) year shall be one-half (.5) of the salary the teacher would have received for the period of the leave. Teachers will be paid full salary for a half (.5) year leave. Teachers will be given credit toward salary increment while on sabbatical leave.

  • Salary Payments For payroll purposes, the work week shall be defined as Monday through Sunday. In any school year, the dollar amounts on the first and last paychecks of the year may vary.

  • Salary Payment In consideration of Executive’s timely execution and non-revocation of the Release by the Release Deadline Date, the Company shall pay Executive a severance payment equal to Executive’s Monthly Base Salary multiplied by the number of months in the Covered Termination Severance Period, less applicable withholdings. The severance payment shall be payable (except as set forth in Article 5) in a lump sum on the first regularly-scheduled payroll date occurring on or after the Release Deadline Date.

  • TERMINATION ALLOWANCE In the event of closure of all or part of the Employer’s retail store, which results in the permanent lay-off of any employees, the employer agrees to pay each employee so affected, in accordance with Company policy, the following: • Less than one (1) completed year of service: according to Employment Standards (if any). • A year or more but less than five (5) completed years of service: one (1) week’s pay for each completed year of service. • More than five (5) completed years of service: five (5) weeks for the first five (5) years of service plus one and a half (1.5) weeks per completed year of service for each subsequent year up to a maximum of thirty (30) weeks in total.

  • CAR ALLOWANCE The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • DEDUCTIONS FROM SALARY A. The Board agrees to deduct from teachers’ salaries membership dues and assessments for the Xxxxxx County Education Association, the Maryland State Teachers’ Association, and the National Education Association as said teachers individually and voluntarily authorize to deduct through an appropriate written authorization form prepared by the Association. The Board agrees to transmit such monies promptly to the Association.

  • Salary Grids Classifications and salary rates are attached as Schedule "A" and forms part of this Collective Agreement. The years referred to in the salary schedules shall mean years of continuous service with the Employer in the designated classification, plus the applicable allowances under 23.04. Years of service on the new grid may not relate to the employee’s service level as a result of April 1, 2007 harmonization of the grids and blending the bargaining units.

  • Automatic Recurring Payments You may use the xxxx payment function to arrange for the automatic payment of bills that have a fixed frequency and amount. Once your automatic xxxx payment arrangements are established, we will make the payments without further requests by you. If the payment due date for an automatic payment falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment may be made the following business day.
