Common use of Salary Progression Date Clause in Contracts

Salary Progression Date. If the increase in pay as a result of a promotion, upward re- evaluation or upward transfer amounts to 4% or less, the employee’s pay progression date shall not be changed. If the increase amounts to more than 4%, a new pay progression date shall be established in accordance with the effective date of the re-evaluation.
