Salary Schedule Contingency. A. If any special levy election for funding the General Fund Budget for the following year is unsuccessful, either party may, within thirty days after the election is held, give notice of their desire to re-negotiate items related directly to compensation. Upon such notice, salary, steps and lanes for the next fiscal year will be frozen at the current year’s salary schedule until the District and the BEA reach agreement.
