Salary Schedule to All Teachers. Following the conclusions of negotiations between the board and the association as an agent of the teachers, the superintendent shall deliver or mail to each teacher the negotiated salary schedule for the ensuing year. The notice may contain such other factors relating to their employment for said year as the superintendent may desire, but need not restate the terms and conditions applicable to this contract which are set forth in this agreement.
