Salary/Wage Rates on Appointments. (a) On promotion to a higher rated position, the successful applicant’s salary will be adjusted as follows: Hourly Position - to the hourly rate applicable to the new position; Salary Position - to the paygrade of the new position, and the step immediately above the employee’s present rate.

Salary/Wage Rates on Appointments. Continued (b) Any time spent, in excess of one (1) month, during the six (6) months prior to the permanent posting, will be fully recognized in calculating the time at which the employee is eligible to move to the next step in the paygrade. Any time spent in that position more than six (6) months prior to the permanent posting, but less than twelve (12) months prior, will be recognized on the basis of 50% of the time so spent in calculating the time at which the employee is eligible to move to the next step in the paygrade. These allowances for time for salary purposes do not affect the probationary time requirement and are completely independent of it.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director - Marketing Services, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual.   • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations.
