Time Requirement. The Employee shall devote his best efforts and full business time to his duties under this Agreement. The Employee shall be allowed to serve on outside boards subject to the consent of the Employer.
Time Requirement a. The time requirement for a part-time position shall be proportionately based on a thirty five (35) hour on-site work week.
b. Unit Members in part-time and shared positions will be required to attend Kindergarten Orientation or Sixth Grade Orientation, if appropriate, Back to School Night and Open House. Faculty meetings shall be attended unless prior arrangements have been made with the principal. Other duties and activities shall equitably be pro-rated according to the respective amounts of work time for the year.
c. In the event that one shared contract partner cannot fulfill his/her teaching obligation, the other participant shall assume full-time responsibility for the assignment, if possible.
d. If and when a substitute is required, the other shared contract participant will assume responsibility for the class, if possible, and at the District hourly rate set forth in the Contract, Article XVII, Section IV.B. for working with students.
Time Requirement. 19.1 An eight (8) hour "on-site" workday will be established with a duty free, uninterrupted lunch period of 25 minutes or the student lunchtime, whichever is greater. Teachers are expected to be available to:
A. Aid students on an after-school basis as needed.
B. Attend department or other professional staff meetings designed to provide meaningful professional growth or to clarify school business in general.
C. Conduct parent conferences.
D. Participate in Student Evaluation/Placement Team meetings as necessary.
E. Participate in other school-related activities as scheduled by the administration, such as the distribution of report cards and parent-teacher group meetings. Participation and attendance assignments will be distributed among all staff as equitably as possible.
F. Participate in meetings programmed and attended by those teachers and administrators involved. These meetings will not exceed two (2) hours per week, except in rare circumstances, and shall not be held during teacher planning time unless mutually agreed upon between the teachers and the administrators involved.
19.2 The eight (8) hour day shall be spent on school site and may include classes, study halls, student contact, planning, peer coaching, training, meeting in collegial groups, or other activities. As professionals, teachers need time in their schedule for other activities related to the educational process.
19.3 Teachers will have at least a 45 minute planning period daily within the confines of the student day (with the exception of PEEP teachers, who may have their planning time after the student day). In rare circumstances, Administration may require teachers to participate in a meeting during this time.
19.4 All part-time teachers will share classroom and duty assignments and responsibilities in proportion to their percentage of salary.
19.5 No more than two (2) periods per semester per subject certification may be filled with part-time employees unless special circumstances arise.
19.6 All teachers are expected to be in school a reasonable amount of time before and after school.
19.7 Work may be accomplished within the building or other appropriate setting. Before leaving the building, the teacher must inform the principal or supervisor of his/her destination, purpose and expected time of return.

Time Requirement. If the evaluation is not completed within thirty (30) days after the date the employee is eligible for a step increment solely due to the Employer’s delay in completing the evaluation, the eligible step increase shall automatically be implemented.
Time Requirement. [Except where an Employee is not Actively at Work due to a Health Status-Related Factor, and except as stated below,] We will not cover an Employee unless the Employee is [an Actively at Work] [a] Full-Time Employee.
Time Requirement. Lessee has a maximum of 12 months from the execution of this lease to construct an approved hangar (if applicable). If Lessee is unable to comply with this requirement, Lessee may request, in writing, an extension to this provision, and Lessor must find that sufficient justification is given.

Time Requirement. You will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule, but shall devote during the term of this Agreement the time, energy and skill as necessary to perform the services of this engagement and shall, periodically or at any time upon the request of the Company, submit information as to the amount of time worked and scope of task performed.
Time Requirement. The Employer shall not take any disciplinary action more than ten (10) working days from the event, or the Employer’s knowledge of the event, giving rise to the discipline.
Time Requirement. (a) Employee will reserve twenty-six hours per month to perform consulting services for Company under this Agreement. Company has the right to request that Employee increase this time requirement, based on its business needs, and Employee may, at Employee’s option, perform consulting services in excess of twenty-six hours per month upon mutual agreement.
(b) Employee will maintain a running total of the number of consulting hours pre-approved by Company’s Executive Vice President Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and worked by Employee during the twenty-four month period from January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2006 and will submit, on a semi-annual basis, invoices and reconciliations to Company’s Executive Vice President Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx for approval.
