Sale of Personal Information. 8.15 Civica will not: (i) sell any Contract Personal Data; or (ii) retain, access, disclose or use Contract Personal Data provided by or collected on behalf of Customer for any purpose except as necessary to maintain or provide the Services specified in this Contract, or as necessary to comply with the law or binding order of a governmental body. For the purpose of the immediately preceding sentence, “sell” shall have the corresponding meaning set forth in applicable Data Protection Legislation.

  • Use of Personal Information 1. Personal Information (Personal Information and Personal Information collating with other information) obtained by DBS by providing the service shall be subject for the privacy policy protecting Member’s Personal Information which will be established separately (hereinafter, “Privacy Policy”) and this “Membership Agreement”.

  • Collection of Personal Information 10.1 The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the fact that the Company is collecting the Subscriber's personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Subscription Agreement and completing the Offering.
