SALE PRICE OF PRODUCTS. Co-Modeco and their associated manufacturers shall determine all prices and terms of sale for the Products. Co-Modeco will notify the Representative of a price once the order form is submitted. Alterations in the initial bid will also be acknowledged in writing. Per this date an approximate wholesale cost for the Simple Edition of a 20’ Co-Modeco Unit begins at approximate $14,000 with add-ons to be computed as line items for the 10’ x 20’ x 10’ceiling x 8’ (end cap) Co-Modeco list price at $17,500.00 This does not include Freight Forward, Shipping, Customs, duties on licenses. As these are customized units, ‘built to spec’ prices will vary based on order details. Shipping to final destination will also be factored into the sale price. However these prices may vary conditionally as a number of factors and other customized features in the dwelling as per the perspective owner’s request will determine the final price. Each order will receive a detailed breakdown of features and items with the final price computed accordingly.
SALE PRICE OF PRODUCTS. The Company shall determine all prices and terms of sale for its Products. The Company will notify Contractor, in writing, of price changes.

SALE PRICE OF PRODUCTS. 3.1 Manufacturer shall provide the Distributor with a wholesale price list of its products from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the "Wholesale Price List").
(a) Manufacturer shall sell the Products to the Distributor at a price equal to fifty percent (50%) of the wholesale price of the Products as shown on the Wholesale Price List (hereinafter referred to as the "Sale Price'').
(b) The Sale Price shall include shipping costs to Brandon, Manitoba for regular, scheduled shipments at a rate of up to two shipments per month, providing that each shipment is at least one pallet in size, (hereinafter referred to as the "Minimum Shipment Size"). In the event that the Minimum Shipment Size is not met, Distributor shall reimburse Manufacturer any actual and invoiced shipping costs for the Products.
(c) Manufacturer reserves the right to amend the Wholesale Price List from time to time. The new Wholesale Price List shall come into effect once a copy has been sent by fax or electronic mail to the Distributor. Orders for sales received by Manufacturer prior to the revised Wholesale Price List being sent to the Distributor shall be subject to the Wholesale Price List being in effect when the orders were received by the Manufacturer from the Distributor.
3.2 The Distributor shall sell the Products to its wholesale customers at the prices established in the Wholesale Price List, or at pricing mutually agreeable to both parties.
3.3 The Distributor shall establish a recommended retail sale price list for the Products from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the ''Retail Price List''). Distributor agrees to provide Manufacturer with the Retail Price List when initially developed and at each point where the Retail Price List is amended and/or otherwise changed.
3.4 It is agreed between the Parties that it might occasionally be advantageous to maintain an unusually large short-term inventory of the Products (hereinafter "Excess Inventory") at the warehouse run by the Distributor in Xxxxxxx.
(a) In such an event the Parties agree that Excess Inventory will be provided on a conditional sale agreement. The Parties will determine the terms of the Excess Inventory in due course.
(b) In the event that mutually agreed upon commercial terms for the Excess Inventory cannot be agreed to by the Parties (in either Party's sole and exclusive discretion), Manufacturer is under no obligation to provide Excess Inventory in any manner other than specifically addressed in this Ag...
SALE PRICE OF PRODUCTS. (a) The Company shall determine all prices and terms of sale for IsoTorque Products and the terms for licensing Licensed IsoTorque Technology.
(b) Any purchase order obtained by Representative for the sale of Iso-Torque Products shall not be binding on Company or Torvec unless be approved, in writing, by Company in its discretion.

Per this date an approximate cost for the Simple Edition of a Cascon Home begins at $17,500 with add ons the 10’ x 20’ x 8’ Homes. A 10’ x 40’ x 8’ begins at $35,000. This does not include Freight Forward,Shipping on licenses. As these are customized units, ‘built to spec’ prices will vary based on order details. Shipping to final destination will also be factored into the sale price. However these prices may vary conditionally as a number of factors and other customized features in the dwelling as per the perspective owner’s request will determine the final price. SALE PRICE OF PRODUCTS. TXD shall determine all prices and terms of sale for its Products as set forth in the pricing grid attached hereto as Exhibit B. TXD will notify Reseller of price changes to the pricing grid.
SALE PRICE OF PRODUCTS. After the effective date of this Agreement, the Parties shall meet and agree on a pricing schedule for all marketing and advertising inventory.
