Sampling Schedule. Exhibit 1 lists the weeks when sampling will be conducted. Tuesday is the preferred sample collection day. Monday and Wednesday are alternate sample collection days. This schedule allows time for re-sampling to occur, before the next regular sampling period, when elevated bacteria levels are detected. Depending on the number of beaches and stations, local contractors may require several days to collect samples. Collection may occur over a three-day period; however, prior approval from the Beach Watch Coordinator is required.

Generator shall provide to XXXXxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx the environmental consultant’s declaration based on a rate of 1 sample per 500 metric tonnes of PS or ICM. Further, Generator shall ensure that the independent environmental consultant submits sufficient declarations to cover current delivery quantities. Deliveries from any Originating Location of PS or ICM which is non-compliant with these conditions will be suspended. Testing for other parameters may be required based on current or historical use of the property or adjacent properties. It is expected that all testing will be representative of materials to be transported to the Facility and consist of both Fines and larger particles. It is also required that the independent environmental consultant declares that material consists of less than 10% Fines as the operational requirements of the Facility to accept material that is free of excess Fines.
Sampling Schedule. SMC shall provide the EBOC and SOC with a written plan of all scheduled Sampling and Monitoring Events tentatively planned for the next calendar quarter at each Oversight Committee meeting.
Sampling Schedule. Stormwater structure and Creek sampling will occur over a six month Index Period; characterizing the variety of storm events through several water quality collection events will capture pollutant loading from intensity and length of individual storms. Measurements will be taken at pre-determined locations for characterizing water quality in each component of the study area and during specific periods of the year (e.g., optimal times for characterizing water quality conditions) based on information reported in Table 6.1-1. The Generator shall provide to the Site Manager the environmental consultant’s declaration based on a rate of 1 sample per 750 metric tonnes of Pyritic Slate. Further, the Generator shall ensure that his environmental consultant submits sufficient declarations to cover current delivery quantities. Deliveries from any Originating Location of Pyritic Slate which is non-compliant in this condition will be suspended. Testing for other parameters may be required based on current or historical use of the property or adjacent properties.
