The Parties shall apply their domestic regulations in the fields of veterinary, sanitary and phytosanitary control in accordance with the WTO Agreement on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures. 2. Measures, concerning veterinary and phytosanitary control among the Parties, shall be harmonized on the basis of the EU legislation. 3.
