SATURDAY SUNDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. All employees (not being casual employees) shall receive for all time worked on a Saturday, double time for all time worked. On a Sunday or Public Holiday or any other day which by proclamation under Section 4 of the Holidays Act 1910 may be declared a Public Holiday, shall be paid for such time worked at double time and a half. Provided that where no work is performed on a Public Holiday the employee concerned shall receive an ordinary days pay for such day.
