Saturdays. (a) All ordinary time worked on a Saturday by a full-time or part-time Employee must be paid for at 125% of the minimum hourly rate. (b) All ordinary time worked on a Saturday by a casual Employee will be paid at the rate of 150% of the minimum hourly rate payable to full-time and part- time Employees.
