Scenario Evaluation. Together, the Parties will evaluate how the following performance standards could be achieved across the MOU Parcels in each of these general scenarios. The Parties desire to explore how site programming can be achieved if MOU Parcels are individually developed, as well as potential efficiencies or collective benefits that could result from creative solutions such as land swaps, property boundary adjustments and highest and best use siting of parking, infrastructure, streets/paths, and affordable housing.
