Schedule and Completion The Pre-commencement Phase Services to be performed under this Contract shall commence upon the Effective Date of the Contract and be completed within 60 days thereafter. Activities on the Site shall commence on the date specified in the Proceed Order and shall be materially complete in accordance with established Milestones, and not later than the Material Completion and Occupancy Date.
SCHEDULE AND MILESTONES The Parties shall execute one (1) Annex concurrently with this Umbrella Agreement. The initial Annex and any subsequent Annexes will be performed on the schedule and in accordance with the milestones set forth in each respective Annex.
Service Descriptions Credit Card processing services: Global Direct’s actions to the appropriate card associations and/or issuers (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Discover); settlement; dispute resolution with cardholders’ banks; and transaction-related reporting, statements and products. Debit/ATM Processing Services: Global Direct has connected to the following debit card networks (“Networks”): Accel, AFFN, Interlink, MAC, Maestro, NYCE, Pulse, Star, and Tyme. Global Direct will provide Merchant with the ability to access the Networks that Global Direct has connected to for the purpose of authorizing debit card transactions at the point of sale from cards issued by the members of the respective Networks. Global Direct will provide connection to such Networks, terminal applications, settlement and reporting activities. EBT Transaction Processing Services: Global Direct offers electronic interfaces to Electronic Benefits Transfer (“EBT”) networks for the processing of cash payments or credits to or for the benefit of benefit recipients (“Recipients”). Global Direct will provide settlement and switching services for various Point of Sale transactions initiated through Merchant for the authorization of the issuance of the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Services (“FNS”) food stamp benefits (“FS Benefits”) and/or government delivered cash assistance benefits (“Cash Benefits, ”with FS Benefits, “Benefits”) to Recipients through the use of a state-issued card (“EBT Card”). With respect to Visa and MasterCard products, Merchant agrees to pay and Merchant's account(s) will be charged pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement for any additional fees incurred as a result of Merchant's subsequent acceptance of transactions with any Visa or MasterCard product that it has not elected to accept.
Service Description 2.1 General

SCHEDULE OF WORK FIRST PARTY’S proposed schedule for the various services required will be set forth in Exhibit A-1. In addition to services described in Section A1, the parties may from time to time agree in writing that FIRST PARTY, for additional compensation, shall perform additional services including but not limited to: • Change in the services because of changes in scope of the work. • Additional tasks not specified herein as required by the CITY. The CITY and FIRST PARTY shall agree in writing to any changes in compensation and/or changes in FIRST PARTY’s services before the commencement of any work. If FIRST PARTY deems work he/she has been directed to perform is beyond the scope of this agreement and constitutes extra work, FIRST PARTY shall immediately inform the CITY in writing of the fact. The CITY shall make a determination as to whether such work is in fact beyond the scope of this agreement and constitutes extra work. In the event that the CITY determines that such work does constitute extra work, it shall provide compensation to the FIRST PARTY in accordance with an agreed cost that is fair and equitable. This cost will be mutually agreed upon by the CITY and FIRST PARTY. A supplemental agreement providing for such compensation for extra work shall be negotiated between the CITY and the FIRST PARTY. Task Description This task includes activities associated with permit-required monitoring conducted in accordance with the conditions specified by state or federal regulatory agencies. All monitoring tasks must be located within or adjacent to the Project area and follow the Department’s Regional Coastal Monitoring Program and FWC's marine turtle and shorebird monitoring programs. Guidance for monitoring of nearshore resources is available in the Department's Standard Operation Procedures For Nearshore Hardbottom Monitoring Of Beach Nourishment Projects. The Local Sponsor must submit work products directly to the appropriate state or federal regulatory agencies in accordance with permit conditions to be eligible for reimbursement under this task, unless otherwise directed.
Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.
Schedule 4 15 accurately and completely lists, as of the Sixth Restatement Effective Date, for each Contract Station, all Broadcast Licenses granted or assigned to the Material Third-Party Licensee for such Contract Station, or under which the Material Third-Party Licensee for such Contract Station has the right to operate such Contract Station. The Broadcast Licenses listed in Schedule 4.15 with respect to any Contract Station include all material authorizations, licenses and permits issued by the FCC that are required or necessary for the operation of such Contract Station, and the conduct of the business of the Material Third-Party Licensee for such Contract Station with respect to such Contract Station, as now conducted or proposed to be conducted. The Broadcast Licenses listed in Schedule 4.15 are issued in the name of the Material Third-Party Licensee for the Contract Station being operated under authority of such Broadcast Licenses and are on the Sixth Restatement Effective Date validly issued and in full force and effect, and, to the best of the Borrower’s knowledge, the Material Third-Party Licensee for such Contract Station has fulfilled and performed in all material respects all of its obligations with respect thereto and has full power and authority to operate thereunder.
